Hi,
I want to leave this feedback, so that maybe the Vielight company will improve their product.
I have owned the 655 for years, but finally shelved it, mostly because I am tired of replacing the light every 18 months. I find it insulting as well that they make a red light device that craps out so soon. I have contacted the company, and they told me that what I am experiencing is typical. Hey, no problem, I’ll just spend another $100 every year to keep this thing working, I don’t think so. I own many red light devices, and have had ‘none’ of them fail in over ten years of service. I will not buy another nasal light for my unit until I get some kind of confirmation that they have improved the longevity of the light, or at least a warranty.

Dave Clark
Would this device be contraindicated for basal cell skin cancer on nose?
Where can I find the scientific research, reviews and/or user comments?
I have Leukemia stage iv with a 30 platelet count and nosebleeds. Could these devices be used for me? Would they help my situation?
Hi Deborah,
My Name is Pam Boys I am using a 633 that I have had for many years and in later years have purchased a 810 . Is this 633 still as good as the 655? iS IT ok to use the 633 and 810 together. I use 810 at night but find I fall asleep most nights before the 20mins is up. I am troubled with carpel tunnel and BP
Any advice would be helpful Many thanks Pam
